I can’t believe my baby is in the 7th grade. As I’m “back to life, back to reality”. I realize how important it is to be in the moment and to set goals for myself. I created this September goal tracker to insecure that I do just that.
If you follow me on Pericope. I did a quick video yesterday on my morning/day rituals now that my son is back in school. I wanted to share a few quick tips from that topic below.
- I try to go for a morning walk or go on my treadmill (it helps with stimulating my mind)
- Meal planning has been so helpful with me staying organized (also, are you following me on Pinterest? )
- My attire for my son and myself is taken out for the week as well (7 to 12 outfits-It’s so helpful to already everything ironed in the morning for him.)
As a mother having structure in my home is a must. No, everyday doesn’t go as planned. However, knowing what needs to be done, just makes things a lot easier for me.
For instance, in the summertime before I go for my morning walk. I put a load a clothing in the washing machine. By the time I return home from my walk, I have one load down. I can eating my breakfast and also start working on my todo list.
Anywho, I wanted to share what works for me, and how I try to stay on task as a entrepreneur. This post is just to give you an idea of what works for me.
